KulTour - Healing Water Path Kramsach (Cycling route 37)
Comfortable cycling route following the trail of healing water through Kramsach. Water as cultural heritage! Along the water and healing water path of Kramsach, you can explore the beautiful nature around the streams, fountains, and lakes.
The route starts directly at Inntalradweg 2, at the Inn Bridge Rattenberg/Kramsach, which is crossed toward Kramsach, following the signs to the healing and thermal water fountain in Kramsach/Waidach district. On the left bank of the Brandenberger Ache, you cycle towards Kramsach center continuing to the Kneipp facility Kramsach and the former timber rafting area, a short climb on the state road past the former Sonnwendjoch cable car, and further on the state road towards Brandenberg/Aschau. At the second wooden bridge, cross the Ache and continue towards the Mariathal Basilica and the lakes of Kramsach. At the water wheel of the mill, first documented in 1658, turn right uphill over the "Seebuehel", through a short forest section directly to Reintalersee and back via the road over Neudeggerberg/Voldöpp towards Kramsach center and the healing and thermal water fountain. Then back to Inntalradweg 2 or Inn Bridge Rattenberg/Kramsach.
You can gladly cycle about 5 minutes along the hiking/cycling path at the east end of Reintalersee near the campsites to the Museum Tiroler Bauernhäuser. A visit to the largest open-air museum in Tyrol is always worthwhile (duration approx. 1 1/2 hours).
End this beautiful cycling route in the smallest town in Austria – Rattenberg – with coffee and cake or with a city tour.
Note: entire cycling route including visits and stops: approx. 3-4 hours
