The entry fee is:

• € 89.90 for planning enthusiasts (until December 2025)
• € 99.90 for last-minute decision makers (until March 2026)
• € 109.90 for spontaneous bookers (until July 2026)

Your ticket for the Alpbachtal 24h hike includes professional guidance by mountain and hiking guides, refreshments/snacks at stop stations, meals in guesthouses/huts, a snack package at the start, a closing breakfast, a finisher shirt, certificate, and medal.

Free of charge cancellation is possible without giving reasons up to four weeks before the event. In the event of a cancellation that due to the short notice cannot be compensated for by the waiting list, we reserve the right to retain the participation fee. Otherwise, only a handling fee of € 15,00 will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in the case of non-appearance / non-participation (NO SHOW) despite received registration and confirmation of participation, the entry fee paid will not be refunded.

We will hike through the Alpbachtal as a group of up to 130 people. We are accompanied by 4 certified mountain guides, 6 hiking guides, and the Alpbach mountain rescue team. There will be regular breaks along the route. Food and care are included in the participation fee.

Participation Conditions:

• Minimum age 18 years
• Maximum number of participants: 130 people
• The Alpbachtal 24h hike is NOT a competition and there are no winners!
• It is a pleasure event that focuses on beautiful nature and an extraordinary route.
• The refreshment stations are only available to participants.

Requirements for participation are physical fitness, no cardiovascular diseases, good basic fitness, no fear of heights, hiking experience (not climbing), and of course a good mood! To ensure a smooth course, the instructions of the responsible mountain guides must be followed. The event takes place in all weather conditions. In the case of predictable weather extremes, the tour may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. In the event of an official cancellation, all registered participants will receive a full refund. If the tour has to be canceled after it has started, the right to a refund is forfeited.

Liability:

By submitting the registration, every participant agrees to the participation conditions as well as the rules of conduct. The organizers accept no liability for theft or other damage cases. Each participant is responsible for their physical fitness and participates at their own risk. All participants agree that all film, sound, and image recordings made by them before/during/after the tour may be used in all media forms without consultation and compensation, and are temporally and spatially unrestricted by the organizers and their media and sponsor partners.

Cancellation:

Otherwise, only a processing fee of € 15.00 will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in case of non-appearance/non-participation (NO SHOW), despite registration and receipt of a participation confirmation, the paid entry fee will not be refunded.
