The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the center of Brixlegg, where there are shops, cafes and restaurants. Reith im Alpbachtal can also be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A bus stop to reach our great skiing and hiking area Skijuwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau is 10 minutes away.
It takes about 25 minutes to get to Brixlegg train station, and many other excursions such as to Innsbruck, Kufstein or Kitzbühel are very easy to reach with the ÖBB.
Our comfortably furnished apartment allows you to start the next day of your holiday rested after ski tours, ski trips, toboggan trips, as well as in summer after bike tours, bathing days at one of our many lakes or mountain hikes.
Our farmhouse was built in 1900 and since then has undergone a constant transformation with conversions and additions.
In the 50s and 60s, grandma started to prepare guest rooms and was very successful with it.
Even today, guests come to us who were already with us as children, as summer visitors or winter sports enthusiasts.
The house then got a new roof in 2021 and some other renovation measures were carried out.
Despite the long history, the house is full of life, it creaks and creaks and is happy to welcome numerous guests.

Our apartment has 49m², bathroom with toilet is new (renovated 2022) as well as a small anteroom / changing room with hallway, equipped kitchen and bedroom / living area with TV, free WiFi access, car parking or two-wheeler parking. The apartment is located on a private road and is pleasantly quiet. The starting point of the apartment is ideal for shopping or hiking. It is a 10-minute walk to the village center and about 20 minutes to the train station. Hikes can be started directly from the accommodation. The ski jewel Alpbachtal Wildschönau can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and there is also the possibility to take the ski bus (to the bus stop about 5 minutes) for free.
