Guided "Genuss" Snowshoe Hike

Glittering snow, tranquility, and dreamy winter panoramas!

During the guided snowshoe hike in Alpbach, you will not only pass the most beautiful viewpoints but also receive a culinary greeting from the Alpbach Valley. During a break with a view of the Tyrolean mountains, the snack made with regional products tastes even better. You will receive this particularly tasty snack at the very beginning of the tour, but we won't reveal where the break will be just yet.

Every Thursday at 10:00 AM, the guided snowshoe hike starts at the tourism office in Alpbach. The snowshoe equipment and the snack are included in the price.

General:

• min. 3 – max. 15 participants
• Suitable for children from 12 years old
• Skipass if available (depending on snow conditions, we will use the cable car)
• Dogs on a leash are welcome! (please bring a muzzle - in case we need to take the bus)

What to bring:

• Sturdy winter shoes
• Depending on snow conditions, an alternative hike will take place (please bring spikes/good winter shoes/sticks).
• Good clothing
• Backpack for snacks

Costs:

• Price with Alpbach Valley Card € 20.00
• Price without Alpbach Valley Card € 35.00
• Price includes snack & 1 drink
• Payment at one of the tourism offices or during online booking.
• Snowshoes and sticks are provided. The gondola ride is not included.
  

Registration please by the latest the day before by 4:00 PM online in the Experience Shop via Mv Alpbachtal App or at a tourism office in the region!

Depending on snow conditions, an alternative hike will take place (please bring spikes/good winter shoes/sticks).

Getting there by public transport: By bus No. 620 (www.vvt.at), bus stop "Alpbach (Tirol) Raika"

Getting there by car (parking options): At the beginning of the town, across from Cafe Genuss, there is a large free parking lot, a paid parking garage at the Spar supermarket, and marked parking spaces for cars below the fire station across from the Spar supermarket.
