Lakes Nature Hike
Lakes Nature Hike - In the Footsteps of Sustainability
Every Monday, guide Ossi takes you through the beautiful lake landscape of Kramsach. This easy tour combines cultural highlights such as the impressive Basilica of Mariathal with some true natural treasures.
On the varied route, Ossi tells you interesting facts about climate change and how our nature copes with it:
- Which tree species will adapt well to our climate and be able to grow in the future?
- Why is a diverse flower meadow important, and
- Where does the water of the icy Brandenberger Ache come from?
You can also expect a small moor as well as the nature monument Frauensee on the route.
Tip: To finish, a jump into the cool water of the Ache or at Lake Reintaler is perfect for refreshment. Don’t forget to pack your swimwear!
Duration approximately 3 hours.
