Start is like at the village cross-country skiing route at the church. Follow the course to the old people's home and cross the street here. Continue uphill to the edge of the forest, through the forest to the municipal depot, cross the street in front of the houses. From there, a large loop circuit leads over the "Gründlfeld" and back to the starting point.
