Steinweg round via Lärchenweg

The route starts in the village center of Alpbach, passing the church on the left up to the Hotel Böglerhof. Immediately after the hotel turn left and go up a beautiful meadow path to the Stammgäste forest (all long-standing guests of Alpbach get their own tree planted) and to the district "Hausberg". At the last farm, turn right following the sign "Steinweg" and trail no. A23. The renovated path now leads partially upwards towards "Hösljoch". Enjoy the wonderful view over Alpbach and its mountain worlds from the viewing platform!

Below the Hösljoch and the Hösl chapel, follow the path downhill towards Alpbach. After about 300 m, at the alpine pastures, leave the forest road and turn right onto the Blaikensteig, trail no. 23. Continue downhill and at the trail junction turn right onto trail no. A3, the Lärchenweg/Alpbacher Heimatweg, passing larches and fruit trees, the new guest forest, to the "Thierberghöfe". Here, do not go downhill via the steep asphalt road, but straight ahead over the meadow path to the ascent path and then downhill via the familiar path back to the starting point.
