Difficulty: difficult

Kragenalm (Kundl) 361

Beautiful route to the Wildschönau, with a great alpine meadow atmosphere.

Length 15.31 km
Duration 3:00 h
Altitude
920 hm
577 hm

From the Kundler Klamm parking lot, cross the gorge bridge and immediately turn left. Turn right at the houses and at the next opportunity turn right again following the road. After a few meters, the road becomes a forest road. From the barrier, the path leads partly steeply uphill - past the toboggan hut – to the "Kragenalm" junction. (Connection point MTB 339 to Brach) Turn left here and continue upwards to the Kragenalm and then to the Kragenjoch. From here, over the push section across the saddle, then downhill to Achentalalm, then continue downhill by bike into the Wildschönau/Oberau.
