A genuine Tyrolean farmhouse with 300 m² of living space on a traditional, managed farm, surrounded by pristine nature. On the ground floor, there is a spacious holiday apartment for exclusive use for up to 4 people. On the 1st floor, there are two lovingly renovated guest rooms for 2 people each, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

We live with our family in the attic.

Wood, natural stone, mountain air, and silence create an authentically alpine living atmosphere – ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace.
Sport enthusiasts are welcome to come to us with mountain bikes or e-bikes.

The farm is managed as a side business with our children. This includes cows, chickens, sheep, bees, and quails throughout the year. In summer, we also keep grazing geese and broiler chickens.

As a little extra, homemade pasta and fresh eggs are available upon request, and you can also prepare frozen premium cuts of beef, pork, or chicken from our own farm. Liqueurs or schnapps can be purchased as small souvenirs. Thanks to Starlink, you can also enjoy super-fast internet.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Tyrol and feel at home with us. Dreamy hiking trails lead directly to the Berglsteinersee or to the Volldöpper Spitze (home mountain 1509m)
