Rattenberg District Music Bands Celebrations

Founded in April 1921 by 11 music bands, the following 16 member music bands make up today's Rattenberg music district and its surrounding area: Kramsach, Kundl, Reith im Alpbachtal, Alpbach, Mühltal/Thierbach, Brixlegg, Rattenberg/Radfeld, Münster, Oberau, Strass, Auffach, Brandenberg, Steinberg, Mariatal, Breitenbach and Bruck.

• from 10:30 a.m. - Platzkonzert in der Fußgängerzone BMK Oberau & BMK Lengmoos (Südtirol)
• 1:00 p.m. - the 16 member music bands will parade through Rattenberg playing traditional marches and showing off their traditional costumes
• from 1:30 until approx. 6:00 p.m. - short concerts given by the 16 music bands in the fairground pavilion next to Rattenberg Castle ruins 
• from approx. 6:00 p.m. - music and dance 

Admission: € 5,00 for adults / children up to 15 years free of charge JUFF braclets, ID checks

The event will be postponed in case of very bad weather to 27th July 2025
