Yoga for Beginners and Advanced Practitioners

The focus is on YOU! You don't have to be flexible, bend, or achieve anything. Instead: simply arrive, be yourself, and mindfully enjoy yoga.

We practice a powerful, balanced, and at the same time relaxed Hatha yoga style and place a lot of importance on safe practice. Connected with the breath, yoga strengthens the back and deep muscles. The flowing, gentle movements are executed precisely, without haste.

  • Meeting point: 08:00 am directly at the studio, Dorf 27
  • Duration: approx. 1.5 hrs
  • Participants: Min. 3 - Max. 10 people
  • Price: € 10.00 with the Alpbachtal Card, € 15.00 without Alpbachtal Card! Payment on site!
  • Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat! You can reserve a yoga mat online or at the Reith i.A. tourist office.

    In case of cancellation, please inform the tourist office by 4:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.  Otherwise we will be forced to charge you a cancellation fee of EURO 20,00 per person!
