MAGIC FERMENTATION für Kids

On October 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., children aged 4 to 10 years will immerse themselves in the colorful world of fermentation at the Kreativstube Knirpskram in Reith im Alpbachtal.

Together, they will discover how food is fermented and create their own ferment, which they can then take home. There will also be a small recipe book with child-friendly ferments. During the workshop, the children can also try different fermented snacks.

The course is led by Geru Pulsinger, author of "Magic Fermentation," and Kerstin Kröll.

Participation costs € 29.00 per child.

Please bring: good mood, curiosity, and – if desired – an apron.
