Kammerlander's Fine Spirits: For many years, the knowledge of distilling and the process of creating schnapps, fine spirits, and liqueurs has been passed down within the family. Günter Kammerlander learned from his mother-in-law how the best fine spirits can be made from various types of fruit. Over the years, he has constantly expanded and perfected his skills through numerous distillation courses, sensory training, and further education. As a result, the quality of his fine spirits has significantly improved. Since 2010, Günther Kammerlander has been allowed to call himself a certified fine spirits sommelier.
