Alpbach Mountain Rescue Association
The Mountain Rescue Association is an association of voluntary members who take part in mountain search and rescue operations.
Tasks of the Alpbach Mountain Rescue
- Search operations in difficult and alpine terrain
- Search and rescue in case of avalanche accidents
- Rescue of injured persons from difficult and alpine terrain
- Rescue of injured paragliders and hang gliders
- Rescue from lifts and cable cars
- Standby services at events (ski races, ...)
- Assistance missions for other rescue organizations
