The Liesfeld Loop – Running as you love it: close to nature, with wide-open views and a true Tyrolean feel

Craving fresh air, gentle terrain, and that perfect flow where every step grounds you and lifts you at the same time? Then lace up your running shoes – the Liesfeld Loop is calling.

The start? Easygoing. You begin right by the water, next to the Ache river. Its soft murmur accompanies you as the asphalt under your feet gives you a steady rhythm. Just a few steps in, and you’ll feel it: this is your pace. Your breath is calm, your stride light – and you’re already fully immersed in nature.

It gets even better with every kilometre. The route continues through Liesfeld, a charming part of town with quiet streets and well-kept gardens. It feels homely here – the essence of Tyrolean life surrounds you. The air is clear, the roads peaceful, and the scent of fresh grass and earth is all around.

Then the view opens up. Beyond Liesfeld, the landscape unfolds into the Söllerwiesen – wide meadows stretching out in every direction. You feel freedom, space, and perspective. The sky seems bigger here, and your thoughts feel lighter.

The way back follows the tracks. Running alongside the railway embankment, your stride finds its own rhythm. The ground is steady, the faint hum of the tracks in the distance only enhances the stillness. You’re in the flow now – every metre a moment to enjoy.

Almost at the finish, you glance back once more. A run that’s given you more than just distance – it’s gifted you an experience. The final stretch brings you back to the market area, feeling grounded, content, maybe even a little proud.

The Liesfeld Loop – for everyone who loves to move and connect with nature.
