Our traditional farm is situated in the midst of magnificent nature, at an altitude of about 850 m above sea level in a wonderfully quiet location in the middle of the Alpbachtal hiking area. Direct view of the ski jewel Alpbachtal Wildschönau, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Two parking spaces are available for our guests directly at the farm. The "Leitnhof" is easily accessible by car all year round. Winter equipment is only required when there is fresh new snow.
Whether skiing, hiking, walking, cycling, mountaineering, culture or just relaxing, pure relaxation is guaranteed.
Our completely new holiday apartment, built in the traditional wooden style of the Alpbach valley, is equipped with everything your heart desires. The approx. 65 sqm large apartment consists of a kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and anteroom. It is ideal for 2-4 persons, but also offers enough space for 5 persons.

Your holiday paradise is on the 1st floor with two balconies with a wonderful few to the mountains. Both balconies are equipped with 2 chairs each and a clothesline.
The apartment is completely furnished with ecological, sustainable and health-promoting materials such as wooden floors and clay walls as well as high-quality tiles.
The drinking water is taken from the own spring and the woodchip heating burns only wood from the own surrounding forest. The waste water is biologically cleaned directly on site and released back into the natural environmental cycle.

Before arrival we ask for a short confirmation by phone or e-mail and for information about the approximate time of arrival.
You will meet us in A-6233 Kramsach, Badl 99 (approx. 1 km from the Kramsach motorway exit, Installationsunternehmen Kreidl).
From there we will accompany you approx. 5 km to your holiday home!
