Willi Gärth Cup 2025

After a spectacular premiere last year in Pfeffenhausen/Niederbayern, the Willi Gärth Cup will take place for the first time in history in Tyrol on September 6, 2025. This is a regional pool billiards competition between Team Tyrol and Team Niederbayern.

The six best Tyrolean billiards players will face off against the challengers from Niederbayern. In up to 11 singles, doubles, and team matches (each race-to-3), the winning team will be determined, which will be immortalized on the specially crafted 1.5-meter-high trophy.

The Willi Gärth Cup is a top-class billiards event where spectators can experience high-quality billiard sports up close in a new, audience-friendly format: with a center court table, spectator stands, live commentary, as well as light, sound, and show effects, and a lively party atmosphere that truly puts billiards in a whole new light.

The venue for the Willi Gärth Cup is the billiard arena Purple Pub in Kramsach (Länd 68, 6233 Kramsach). Spectators are most welcome – the net proceeds of the event will benefit the Tyrolean billiard youth.
