Krimi- und Gruselnacht
On Thursday, November 6th, the Innsbruck author Christian Kössler will make his debut at the Brixlegg Library at 7:30 PM. Terribly darkly humorous short stories and eerie legends from Tyrol, set in the present day, will be presented.
In the chilling snippets, the boundaries between reality and fiction become blurred, mixing legendary elements with a healthy dose of regionality and black humor.
The author Christian Kössler was born in 1975 in Innsbruck, is a librarian, an author, and a goalkeeper on the Austrian authors' football team. Since 2009, he has been touring with his readings and has performed in sixteen European countries so far. The short film "Grenzgänger," realized based on his eponymous vampire story by Felix Gorbach and Moritz Neumayr, received the audience award at two short film festivals in Tyrol in 2017 and was also nominated in 2018 for the "13th Street SHOCKING SHORTS Award" at the Munich Film Festival.
Musically, Elisabeth Kirchmair will provide spooky zithertones.
