A place that few can surpass in idyllic charm: Alpbach situated in the midst of the Kitzbühel Alps. Alpbach owes its title of  “Most Beautiful Village in Austria” to its uniform, traditional wooden construction style and colorful abundance of flowers.

As soon as you stand in awe in the middle of Alpbach, you will surely notice that the residents of this quaint mountain village hold tradition, customs, and craftsmanship very dear to their hearts. The  rich traditions of the region stem from its long isolation in an alpine location: The connection road into the valley has only existed since 1926.

IMPORTANT: Various long-term parking permits (more than 24 hours) are available at the municipal office!

Camping and long-term parking are prohibited in this parking lot.
