There is a cat in the neighborhood that sometimes tries to gain access to the house. Normally, it is very timid and will not cause any problems during the day. However, in the evening, it may attempt to get inside. If you plan to sleep with the window open, I kindly ask you to only open the sliding door wide enough so that the cat cannot get through. Otherwise, the cat is completely harmless.
Furthermore, I would like to explicitly remind you that there is no television in the accommodation.
Nestled in the tranquility of the Tyrolean mountain landscape, a modern holiday home welcomes you, creating a place of relaxation with its clear wooden architecture, large glass facades, and natural simplicity.
The large windows bring light and landscape into the house, while inside an open living area, three bedrooms, and two stylish bathrooms provide space for togetherness and retreat.
The surroundings are characterized by a rural structure: Right next to the house, there is a traditional farmhouse as well as farm buildings. These do not belong to the holiday accommodation and are not available to guests. There may occasionally be agricultural activities – a reminder of the genuine, unadulterated Tyrolean rural life.
Whether on the sunny terrace, at the large dining table, or on a hike directly from the house – nature lovers, those seeking peace, and families will find a place to catch their breath here.
