Walking path Kramsach to Rattenberg
Nice little walking route from Kramsach over to Austria's smallest town, Rattenberg
The nice little circular route first leads along the outlet of the Brandenberger Ache to the beautiful Weidach chapel. The impressive healing water fountain directly in front of the chapel is a suitable place to take a short break. Then continue straight towards the Inn and across the bridge to Rattenberg. In the small town, many unique places await to be discovered. Starting with excellent restaurants and coffee houses, through cultural highlights such as the Augustiner Museum, the parish church or the old ruin with the Egon Schiele viewpoint, up to the glass art shops. Rattenberg has been known for its glass art for centuries, and at the Kisslinger glass blowing demonstration workshop you can experience the craft up close. After a stroll through the town, the path leads back via a beautiful viewpoint “Innspitz” returning to the starting point.
