Varied and partly physically demanding route with many different impressions
Day 1 – medium: Mountain bike circuit Alpbachtal – from Brixlegg via Reith im Alpbachtal – Hygna - Inneralpbach and via the Upper High Path to Alpbach
Day 2 - difficult: Mountain bike circuit Alpbachtal - from Alpbach via the Holzalm into the Wildschönau to Thierbach – Mühltal – Oberau and over the Kragenjoch to Kundl - Breitenbach – Kramsach
Day 2 – medium: Mountain bike circuit Alpbachtal – from Alpbach via the Holzalm – Wildschönau – before Thierbach (chapel) – Kundl – Breitenbach – Kramsach
Day 3 – medium: Mountain bike circuit Alpbachtal – from Kramsach – Aschau – Pinegg – Steinberg am Rofan – Achensee – Maurach – Eben – Wiesing – Münster - Kramsach – Brixlegg starting point
Day 3 – easy: Mountain bike circuit Alpbachtal – from Kramsach – Aschau- Pinegg – to Kaiserhaus, return from Pinegg via Brandenberg to the starting point
